NFL Divisional Round Playoffs - Green Bay Packers @ Dallas Cowboys - AT&T Stadium

Green Bay Packers (11-6) @ Dallas Cowboys (13-3) - AT&T Stadium

We are all set for a mouthwatering NFC Divisional Round playoff game as Aaron Rodgers takes his Packers in to Texas to take on the Cowboys. While the Cowboys had been flying high as the Number 1 seed for the NFC throughout the season the Packers have come home with a wet sail to win their past 7 games. Aaron Rodgers is back to his trailblazing best having destroyed the New York Giants last week as Green peeled off a hugely impressive 38-13 victory. The Cowboys have barely played a meaningful game in over a month and have been sitting back waiting for this moment after an outstanding regular season. Star Rookie pair Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliott had huge regular seasons however the acid test will be performing in the playoffs and all eyes will be on the young pair on Sunday.

Verdict - Green Bay 35 Cowboys 34

I loved the Packers chances in this game earlier in the week however the loss of Jordy Nelson has me slightly worried. However I am sticking with Green Bay as I believe Aaron Rodgers can really torch the Dallas secondary and win a shoot out against Dak Prescott. Expect Dallas to try and establish the running game and go on long drives to keep Rodgers off the field. This is the sort of game where the offence that is on the field in the last minute can march up the field and steal a victory. This will be high scoring and the most entertaining and engrossing game of the year.
