NRL Round 18 Preview - Bulldogs v Rabbitohs @ ANZ Stadium

Canterbury Bulldogs v South Sydney Rabbitohs @ ANZ Stadium
Preview - The Bulldogs host the Rabbitohs, with Souths looking to maintain their place on top of the NRL ladder in the race for the Minor Premiership. The Bulldogs missed a golden chance to win back-to-back games for the first time this season, as they stunningly conceded three tries in the final six minutes as the Raiders stole a victory 32-28 at Belmore Sports Ground on Saturday night. The Rabbitohs are fresh off a bye after clinging on for a 21-20 victory over the Cowboys in Cairns, to maintain their 7-match winning streak.
Canterbury Bulldogs’ Scouting Report - The Bulldogs welcome back David Klemmer, assuming he gets through Origin Three, pushing Danny Fualalo to the bench, while Greg Eastwood (calf) is out of the side.
South Sydney Rabbitohs’ Scouting Report - Anthony Seibold has named Hymel Hunt at centre to replace injured captain Greg Inglis. Dane Gagai, Damien Cook and Angus Crichton have all been named to back up from Origin Three.
Verdict - Rabbitohs by 8-16 in a high scoring game
Only complacency could get the Rabbitohs beaten here. The Bulldogs are playing with a bit more freedom and confidence the past couple of weeks, however they don’t have the same strike power and pace the Rabbitohs do across the park. Expecting this could be a fairly high scoring game, but the Rabbitohs to come out on top.
