NRL Round 8 Preview - My Best Bets

My Best Bets for NRL Round 8 (Using 20 Unit Bank)
RUNNING TALLY = +13 Units
10 UNIT BET = 2 Leg Multi @ $2.53 (Dragons @ $1.72 Head to Head against Roosters into Storm $.147 Head to Head against Warriors)
I really think the Dragons can dominate the Roosters through the forwards and win this game comfortably. I know the Roosters held a team to zero last week, however it was against a Bulldogs’ side that lack creativity and pace in key positions. The Roosters are still making plenty of errors, and I'm expecting at least 25,000 Dragons’ fans to pack into Allianz which will make it like a Dragons’ home game. I also think the Storm are a lock to win at home despite coming up against the 6-1 Warriors. Tohu Harris is a big loss for the Warriors here, given he was coming up against his old Club, and Shaun Johnson remains sidelined. I think last week’s game for the Warriors was extremely physical and they could be a little banged up here off a 5-day turnaround and having to travel to Melbourne without a couple of key players.
10 UNIT BET = 2 Leg Multi @ $3.06 (Sweet Spot Rabbitohs +5.5 v Broncos +14.5 into Sweet Spot Panthers +4.5 v Bulldogs +15.5)
We have had some success with the sweet spot bets this season, so sticking with it here for two games which I think will be closely contested. I do favour both home sides in the Rabbitohs and Panthers; however I think that both the Broncos and Bulldogs will be competitive as they have been this season in all the games they have lost. Thinking the most likely results are 1-12 victories for the home side, so why not take the sweet spot bet where we are getting a larger range of points for our bet to fall within in total even allowing for a close win for either the Broncos or Bulldogs.
