NRL Round 4 Preview - Roosters v Warriors @ Allianz Stadium

Sydney Roosters v New Zealand Warriors @ Allianz Stadium
Preview - The unbeaten Warriors face their biggest test so far, as they look to win a fourth straight game to start season 2018, when they take on the Roosters at Allianz Stadium on Saturday afternoon. The Warriors have stunned many by winning their opening three games, coming from behind by 7 points with three minutes to play last week, for a remarkable 20-19 victory over the Raiders in Golden Point last weekend. The Roosters steamrolled the Knights 38-8, brushing aside some of their former players, including ex- halfback Mitchell Pearce, in another convincing victory after their shock Round 1 loss to the Tigers.
Sydney Rooster’s Scouting Report - The Roosters have named an unchanged line-up from the one that smashed the Knights on Saturday. Luke Keary has been in sparkling form since his return from injury, with the Rooster’s spine starting to look ominous already.
New Zealand Warriors’ Scouting Report - Coach Stephen Kearney has made a change in the middle with Adam Blair moving to lock and Agnatius Paasi to play prop. Sam Lisone serves a suspension and is replaced on the bench by Tevita Chris Satae, who is in line to play his first NRL match of the season and fourth of his career.
Verdict - Roosters by 14-24
I know the Warriors have been impressive, however I think they are due a flat one and might get thumped by the Roosters here. The Warriors were my tip for the Wooden Spoon this season, so I think I have got them badly wrong, however this game is by far their toughest test of the season so far. The Roosters are looking like an attacking juggernaut after just three rounds, with their new combinations already looking very dangerous. I think confidence is high in the Roosters camp with Luke Keary particularly playing outstanding football. I think the Chooks might score another 30 here and keep their roll going with a big victory.
